Tangy Asian Slaw

So I’m going to be honest here, this recipe just came about on a whim! Sometimes those are the best kinds! I was looking to make a side using ingredients I already had. I just so happened to buy a bag of coleslaw because it was on sale that week at the grocery store, and everything else was in my pantry.

I love how this side came out! It’s such a nice change from traditional coleslaw. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

Tangy Asian Slaw

1 cup of mayo

2 tbs Sriracha

1 tbs soy sauce

2 tbs honey

¼ cup seasoned rice vinegar

2 lbs of bagged coleslaw

8 Servings

5 minutes

Whisk together mayo, sriracha, soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar. Pour over coleslaw mix and toss to coat evenly. Try topping with cilantro, or if you like an extra punch, some extra sriracha!

This recipe pairs great with my Soy Lime Garlic Chicken with Mushrooms!

I’d love to hear of your own variations on coleslaw! Comment below! 🙂
